World Mental Health Day

Children across school have been learning about what affects their physical, mental and emotional health and the 'Five Steps To Wellbeing'. 

 

KS1 focused on the idea of ‘Give’ to feel good. We made cards to give to people we care about. We also listened to classical music while we worked. 

 

Ks2 continued with the mental awareness work looking at ways to stay mentally healthy, creating poems and participating in PSHE work.
